Three people were arrested Friday as part of a Lincoln County Interagency Narcotics Team (LINT) investigation on drug-related charges. Over 200 marijuana plants were found at one location and other seized evidence included multiple firearms. Blasting caps found at one site were rendered safe by explosive technicians from the Oregon State Police (OSP) Arson & Explosives Section.

On October 3, 2008, LINT along with members of the Oregon State Police, Newport Police Department, and Lincoln County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop east of Waldport and served a search warrant at two locations, one in Lincoln County and one in Lane County. Contacted in the vehicle was TIMITHY R GRAHAM, age 27, from East Lobster Creek Road in Alsea, from which a quarter pound of marijuana was seized.

A search warrant was then served at 163 East Blueback Lane in Tidewater where officers contacted ANDREW JOSEPH GRAHAM, age 24, and K' LA RSHLE BOOTHMAN, age 23. Over 200 growing marijuana plants, drying marijuana, and other items were seized from the residence along with an assault type rifle and a short barreled shotgun.

As part of this investigation, LINT served another search warrant at 96430 Lobster Creek Road in Alsea. In a small travel trailer that was occupied by TIMITHY GRAHAM, officers seized a small amount of marijuana and numerous firearms including a riot type shotgun, an assault type rifle and several handguns.

At the residence next to the trailer, a large quantity of marijuana packaged for sale was seized along with three more firearms. Blasting caps were also discovered there requiring OSP explosive technicians to be called to remove them.

The three people were lodged in Lincoln County Jail.

TIMITHY GRAHAM was arrested for UNLAWFUL DELIVERY, MANUFACTURE, AND POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.

ANDREW GRAHAM, who is TIMITHY'S brother, was arrested for UNLAWFUL DELIVERY, MANUFACTURE, AND POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.  K'LA BOOTHMAN was arrested FOR UNLAWFUL MANUFACTURE, DELIVERY, AND POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.

The search warrants were the result of an ongoing LINT investigation into the unlawful delivery of marijuana by TIMITHY and ANDREW GRAHAM. Suspect photographs are not available at this time.

LINT is comprised of members of the Oregon State Police, Lincoln County Sheriff, Lincoln City Police, and the Newport Police Department along with the Lincoln County District Attorney.
