WOMAN FACES CHARGES AFTER SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH IN EUGENE, OREGON

A 22 year old woman from faces numerous criminal charges after her two passengers were injured in a single vehicle crash on I-105 in Eugene, Oregon .
 
According to Oregon State Police (OSP) Sergeant Alan Gilbert, on November 13, 2011 at approximately 1:33 AM a trooper from the OSP Springfield Area Command drove up on a single vehicle crash which had just occurred on I-105 near the Delta Highway Interchange.  A 2003 Ford F-150 pick-up truck driven by BROOKE BOHNSTEHN, age 22, or Dexter, Oregon had been eastbound on I-105 near milepost 1 when it lost control, struck the center concrete barrier and rolled over onto its top.
 
The right front passenger in the vehicle, COURTNEY GREEN, age 24, of Eugene, Oregon and the left rear passenger OSCAR PACHECO, age 22, or Springfield, Oregon both sustained minor injuries in the crash.  BOHNSTEHN also suffered minor injuries.  All three occupants were wearing safety belts.  All three were transported to Sacred Heart Riverbend Hospital in Springfield, Oregon where they were treated for their injuries and released.
 
BOHNSTEHN was cited and released on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Assault 4th degree - two counts, Recklessly Endangering Another - two counts and Reckless Driving.
 
OSP was assisted at the crash scene by personnel from the Eugene Fire Department and ODOT.
