2016-2019 Unified State Plan

The Unified State Plan was submitted to the US Department of Labor (DOL) and US Department of Education on March 3, 2016 in accordance with the Required Elements for the Submission of the Unified or Combined State Plan and Plan Modification under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The Plan was approved by the secretary of each federal agency that oversees the core programs. Each state will have the opportunity to review and modify their plan in two years.
