His background includes work as a juvenile probation officer, psychiatric social worker, researcher, trainer, and work in various levels of program administration in state government.  Jeff has been a private consultant for the last 15 years. He has worked in 8 states doing organizational development work and improving the effectiveness of the juvenile justice and youth service systems.
