Chaperones - $35
- Summit fees are
waived for presenters, facilitators, planning committee members,
and on-site staff -- however, registration is still required.

REGISTRATION EXTENDED THROUGH 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 26.
Cancellations received by
October 15 are refundable subject to a 20% processing fee, or
$15 per registration cancelled. Cancellations received after
October 15 will no longer be eligible for refunds. Participants
are encouraged to send substitutes for any registrants that are
unable to attend.
The registration process for the Governor's
Summit does not allow for payment to be submitted
registering, attendees will need to submit payment
and/or payment information to the Oregon Youth
Authority's Accounting Department.
