YouSendIt© is software OYA uses for secure online transfer of files. With YouSendIt©, you can send, receive, and track large or multiple confidential files.
YouSendIt workflow for OYA --
OYA has a limited number of YouSendIt © software licenses that have been distributed to specific OYA staff around the state. These individuals can send or receive files on your behalf. If you need to send a confidential file, contact the person listed for your site.

* File Expiration and Password Protection settings are required for files containing protected or restricted information sent via YouSendIt©. The originating Sender of the file must determine file expiration and password criteria and communicate that criteria to both the License Holder and the Recipient. The License Holder will then apply the criteria to the file, and using YouSendIt©, forward the file to the Recipient.
