Online Member Services
(OMS) is the member portal through which you can find basic information about your PERS benefits, such as your
membership type, service or retirement credit, and employment and salary history.
The information you can access and the things you can do in OMS vary by your membership type [Tier One, Tier Two, or
Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP)] and whether you are a retiree or a nonretired member.
