Download and complete the Information Change Request form, or you can change your address using Online Member Services (OMS). If you do not have an OMS account, you will need to create one.

OMS will only allow you to change your address if the next benefit payment is not in process. If you get a message that says you cannot make the change, please try again in a few days. Once you make the address change, your next benefit payment will be mailed to the new address. 

Log on to Online Member Services (OMS) to request a duplicate 1099R. If you do not have an OMS account, you will need to create one. Or you can call Member Services at 888-320-7377.

Print Paystub Instructions

  1. Log on to your OMS account. (If you do not have an OMS account, you will need to create one.)
  2. Click on your account type. (Example: "Retired – General Service/P&F")
  3. Click on "View Payment History."
  4. Click on the appropriate year.
  5. Click on the "Details" hyperlink for the payment date for the stub you want to print.
  6. Click on the "Printer-friendly Paystub" button.
  7. Use the print function on your browser to print the paystub.

Print Benefit Confirmation Letter Instructions

The benefit confirmation letter will be based on your last benefit payment information.
  1. Log on to your OMS account. (If you do not have an OMS account, you will need to create one.)
  2. Click on your account type. (Example: "Retired – General Service/P&F")
  3. Click on "Create Benefit Confirmation Letter."
  4. Click on the "Create Document" button.
  5. Use the print function on your browser to print the document.

Q: Can I view monthly benefit payment information for the upcoming payment as well as past payments in in Online Member Services (OMS)?

A: You can view payment information once the payment is issued (usually a few days before the payment date) and you can view payment history for the last three years.

Q: Can I view future benefit payment information in Online Member Services (OMS)?

A: Because benefit amounts can change, future benefit payment information is not available.
 
Q: I withdrew my account. Can I see the payment history in Online Member Services (OMS)?
 

A: You can view the payment history if the withdrawal was within the last three years.
