Notification Lists for Rulemakings
The Rules Coordinator in the PUC’s Administrative Hearings Division maintains notification lists for rulemakings as required by ORS 183.335(8).  There are rulemaking notification list for each regulated industry (AdminRule Electric, AdminRule Gas, AdminRule Telecom, AdminRule Water); and there is a rulemaking notification list pertaining to practice before the Commission (AdminRule Procedural). 
 
You may request that your name be placed on any or all of these rulemaking notification lists by contacting Diane Davis at diane.davis@state.or.us, (503) 378-4372.  Please provide complete contact information.  To conserve state resources, the PUC provides notices of rulemaking and notices of rulemaking hearings by electronic mail and posts them to the PUC website.  If you are unable to receive notices electronically, please contact Diane Davis.

The PUC also maintains general notification lists for each industry (electric, gas, telecommunications, and water).  The general notification lists are used by the PUC to provide notice of dockets of general interest, including investigations of the implications of law or technology changes.  You may request that your name be placed on these general notification lists by contacting Diane Davis or one of the legal secretaries in the Administrative Hearings Division at (503) 378-6678.
