PUC Process after receipt of your email to the Filing Center: - A bounce-back email is sent to you. This indicates only that the filing has been received, not accepted.
- When the Filing Center Staff processes your filing, another email is sent to you with an assigned tracking number. Print and send that email with your signed original and copies.
- Paper copies of reports are not required, with these exceptions:
- Confidential materials
- Results of Operations
- When the Hearings Staff receives your filing, they accept or decline it.
- If the filing is declined, an email is sent to you stating why the filing was declined.
- If the filing is accepted, it is posted in eDockets on the PUC web site. An email is sent to the service list with a link to the electronic copy of the filing.
