1. IDAHO POWER COMPANY: (Docket No. UE 123) Request for a 3 percent rate increase for amortization of deferred excess net variable power costs.

PACIFIC POWER & LIGHT COMPANY: (Docket No. UE 122/Advice 01-09) Implements a power cost adjustment designed to recover $42.7 million, or 24.1 percent, over the three-month period beginning May 2, 2001, and requests approval of deferred accounting with respect to monthly deviations in net power costs.

3. PACIFIC POWER & LIGHT COMPANY: (Docket No. UE 124, Advice 01-10) Implements the Company’s 20/20 Customer Challenge Program for Summer 2001. This is a voluntary program intended to provide residential customers with incentives to reduce usage this summer.
