RULEMAKING
6. AR 398, AR 400, and AR 410: Makes housekeeping revisions to the Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 860, for public utilities and telecommunications utilities. The changes would update Division titles to reflect their current contents and more clearly differentiate between consumer-owned utilities, electric utilities, gas utilities, large telecom- munications utilities, and other telecommunications providers.
