Integra Telecom of Oregon, Inc. will cease to provide service in the city of Klamath Falls, Oregon, effective April 14, 2010.

Integra Telecom of Oregon, Inc. will cease to provide service in the cities of Pendleton and Hermiston, Oregon, effective January 22, 2010.
