The Water section is part of the Telecommunications and Water Division and is responsible for regulatory authority over private or investor-owned water utilities and certain mobile home parks and associations providing water service. The PUC regulates these water providers to ensure they provide safe and adequate service. The PUC also regulates the rates and fees charged by certain public water utilities to ensure fair and reasonable rates.
