Only​ principal brokers and property managers operating a business under a registered business name (RBN), Principal Broker License Name (PBLN), or Property Manager License Name (PMLN) can open and register a branch office.

A branch office is a location where you or your licensees conduct business separate from the main office location.

Steps to register a branch office

  1. Log into your business account in eLicense. This will be either your RBN, PBLN, or PMLN account. 
  2. Register the branch office in eLicense.​​​​​​​ ​​The physical address must be in Oregon.
  3. Pay the $10 fee online.
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing.
