Oregon Real Estate Reference Guide - Contains a discussion of Real Estate License Law, Property Rights, Landlord and Tenant Act, and Subdivisions. (NOTE: The Agency only regulates Oregon Revised Statutes chapter 696 and Oregon Administrative Rule chapter 863.) Oregon Real Estate News-Journal (OREN-J) - Keeps real estate licensees and other interested parties updated on license law and important issues. Published four times a year by the Real Estate Agency per ORS 696.445. *Commissioner's Bulletin* - Created to address hot topics on a monthly basis. The Real Estate Agency uses this publication as an additional method to communicate with licensees. *Educators' Informational Update* - Updates real estate educators and other interested parties on real estate education requirements and issues. Produced as needed.
