Licensing

You can renew your license in eLicense starting the first day of the month your license expires in.

The Agency will email a license renewal reminder to you. This email is a courtesy. You are responsible for renewing your license on time even if you do not receive the email.

  • Log into eLicense.
  • ​​No continuing education is required.​​
  • Pay the $110 fee.
  • Receipt is emailed after transaction is complete.

If you fail to renew your license before the license expiration date, you have one year to renew your license late.

Active license at expiration
  • Complete the required continuing education​.
  • Log into eLicense:
    • Enter continuing education class information in eLIcense if you haven't yet.
    • Pay the $230 fee + $30 late renewal fee.
    • Receipt is emailed after transaction is complete.
  • Maintain your continuing education records for 3 years from your late renewal date.
  • Your supervising principal broker or property manager must log into eLicense and transfer your license back to the business.
​Inactive license at expiration
  • Log into eLicense​.
  • ​​No continuing education is required.
  • Pay the $110 fee + $30 late renewal fee​.
  • Receipt is emailed after transaction is complete.
Conducting professional real estate activity with an inactive or expired license may result in civil penalties.​​​
