The rules administered by the Agency are contained in Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 863.
 
References to administrative rules generally take the form of OAR 863-XX-XXXX.  "XX" denotes the division, and the "XXXX" indicates the specific rule.

Temporary Rules Adopted May 13, 2013
The Real Estate Agency adopted temporary rules effective May 13, 2013 that added the form and content of the Initial Agency Disclosure Pamphlet to OAR 863-015-0215.
