Chris Hermanski, President and Owner of Mainlander Property Management and has been managing residential properties in and around Portland since 1981. Chris was born and raised in Southern California and has a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. His company’s portfolio consists of a majority of single family homes, lofts, condominiums, plexes, and some commercial.
As both an owner/investor and fee manager, Chris has held the Master Property Manager designation since 1997. He also holds an Oregon Principal Brokers License, and is a founding member of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and served as its president in 1997 and again from 2005 to 2008. In addition to his local leadership, Chris was National President of NARPM in 2003 and served on the national board from 1998 to 2004. Chris is also a nationally qualified and recognized speaker for the association and teaches various property management topics. Currently Chris serves on the Oregon Real Estate Agency Board, an appointment by the Governor of Oregon. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to the Oregon State Real Estate Agency regarding property management rules and legislation.
Chris has served on the Multifamily NW (Portland Apartment Association) Board for several years; he is currently serving as Treasurer and served as its President in 2011.
Chris and his wife Kathi have two sons, two daughters, and Tucker, a yellow lab. They live on five acres of land in Tualatin. Chris enjoys managing his youngest daughter’s horse show jumping career along the west coast.

Coni Rathbone is an attorney and shareholder of Zupancic Rathbone Law Group in Lake Oswego. She has practiced exclusively in real estate and corporate law for over 23 years, 20 years of that at Davis Wright Tremaine. Coni's practice focuses on real estate, corporate, LLC and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions.
She is a member and 2011 President of the Oregon Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), member of the Portland Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She serves on the board of the Oregon chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.
Coni is a native Oregonian and is married to Dr. Gail F. Ott. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, and relaxing at their lake house.

Marcia is a residential sales broker with Windermere Real Estate/Lane County in Eugene. She completed her Master of Business Administration program at the University of Oregon in 2012.
Marcia currently serves on the board of directors for both the University of Oregon Alumni Association and the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce. She was appointed by Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy for the Mayoral Committee on Homelessness which seeks financial support and strategies for ending homelessness.
Marcia most often spends her free time with her husband, Mike, and her two daughters. They can be found in basketball gyms, on the water, or in the snow.

Jef is co-owner of Coldwell Banker Whitney and Associates in Pendleton. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales in Eastern Oregon. He has been a full-time real estate professional since 1991 starting with The Lutz Snyder Co. in the Portland metro area. He moved back to his home town of Pendleton in 1994 for the lifestyle rural Oregon offers.
Jef has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a real estate emphasis from the University of Montana. He was president of the Umatilla County Board of Realtors® in 1996, 2002 and 2006. He was Realtor® of the Year in 1999.
In his free time he enjoys the great outdoors, having fun with family and friends, and playing music with his band.

Joann is a principal real estate broker in Coos Bay. She served as State Director for the Coos County Board of Realtors® for 20 years and is past President of the Oregon Association of Realtors®. Joann is a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Oregon
Association of Realtors®, a commissioner for the Coos County Planning Commission and a certified mediator for the National Association of Realtors®.
She is proud to be the mother of two, the grandmother of thirteen, and a native Oregonian.

Lawnae Hunter is principal broker and co-owner of Windermere/Central Oregon Real Estate in Bend and Redmond. She is also principal broker and owner of PLUS Property Management, serving Central Oregon and California’s Central Coast.
Her real estate career started in California in 1968 at the age of 19. Lawnae has over 35 years of experience in general real estate brokerage, including land development, commercial and industrial land sales, new construction, property management and general resale. Lawnae earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designations.
Lawnae founded Prudential Hunter Realty, which was the largest regional real estate company on the California Central Coast. She sold the company in 2003 and relocated to Oregon. She still holds her California broker license.
Because of her interest in economics and finance, Lawnae founded the Central Oregon Economic Forecast in 2008, which joins with the Center for Economic Forecasting at California Lutheran University in presenting a yearly economic forecast for the region. She currently serves as a board member for Co-Serve International, and is an active member of the Greater Bend Rotary. Lawnae holds an honorary doctorate degree from Kazakh-American Free University.

Pat Ihnat is an attorney and serves as Oregon counsel for Fidelity National Title, a national title insurer and escrow settlement provider. Pat has been with Fidelity for 22 years in various positions as a litigator, claims manager, and underwriter. Before her 2004 move to Portland, Pat had served as Fidelity's Arizona counsel.
Before joining the title industry in 1990, Pat was in private practice as a litigator and appellate attorney focused on real estate and commercial matters.
She is a past president of the Oregon Land Title Association and currently serves on OLTA's legislative and education committees. She is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use Section of the Oregon State Bar and currently serves as vice-chair of RELU's Executive Committee and as chair of its legislative subcommittee.
She received her J.D. from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Franklin College. She is a member of the State Bar Associations in Oregon, California and Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and agility training with her border collie.

Dave Koch, licensed in Oregon since 1976, is a principal broker with RE/Max equity group. Most of Dave's career has been as a managing broker with extensive experience in residential and rural real estate. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Oregon State University and an MBA in finance from Eastern New Mexico University.
Dave's real estate career began with Art Lutz and Company, Realtors, followed by seven years as designated broker and co-owner of Brokers Marketing Real Estate, Realtors, in Canby and Oregon City. Prior to joining RE/MAX he was affiliated with Coldwell Banker for over 11 years.
Dave's responsibility with RE/MAX equity group began as designated broker for Oregon and Washington and as Vice President responsible for the Closing Department, risk management, and dispute resolution. Later he was named the managing broker of the Lake Oswego office.
His active support of the Realtor organization includes serving as president of the Clackamas County Association of Realtors, the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the Oregon Association of Realtors. He was also the founding president of the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) in 1990-1991.
Dave and his wife, Valerie, are the proud parents of three grown children, Michael, Kristin, and Andrew, and seven extraordinary grandchildren.

Alex MacLean has been an active member in the commercial real estate industry for over 32 years after graduating from Oregon State University in 1983. Alex's real estate career began at Norris Beggs & Simpson in 1983, where he was a retail broker for 13 years. In 1996, after leaving Norris Beggs & Simpson, he co-founded Commercial Realty Advisors NW, where he has served as a partner and the Managing Broker for Washington for almost 20 years.
Alex is a member of a variety of organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB), and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). In 2014, he served as President of CAB and has been an active member of the Board for the past six years.
Alex represents an extensive range of retailers and property owners, including Costco, WinCo, Fred Meyer, New Seasons Market, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Cabela's, and CarMax.
