Byron Hendricks (2014 Chairperson)

Byron was first licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1985.  He obtained his associate broker license in 1989, and his designated broker license in 1992.  He is currently president and principal broker of Prudential Real Estate Professionals, which has offices along the I-5 Corridor.  He holds the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation.  Byron has served in leadership positions in the Oregon Association of Realtors®, as well as with Oregon Real Estate Forms, Inc. His community involvement includes several civic and charitable organizations.

Principal Broker, Commercial Realty Advisors NW, LLC., Lake Oswego

Bob has been licensed in Oregon since 1996. He is co-founder and principal broker of Commercial Realty Advisors Northwest, LLC (CRA) in Oregon. CRA represents retailers and shopping centers throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Prior to forming CRA, Bob worked with Maybourne Real Estate, Pacific Rim Development and Pan Pacific Development.

Bob is a past President of the Commercial Association of Brokers of Oregon and southwest Washington, a member of the Real Estate Team for the Presbytery of the Cascades, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and former State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers, among other positions.

He is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and has an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin School of Business. Bob resides with his wife Sally and two kids in Lake Oswego and in his free time enjoys tennis, skiing and hiking at Mt. Hood.

Warren L. "Lee" Dunn

Lee was born in Vancouver, Washington.  After serving in the U.S. Navy, he worked as an instructor for Standard Oil Company of California, and then for Sales Training, Inc.  Lee obtained his Oregon salesperson license in 1978.  He is now a Vice-President of Prudential Northwest Properties and the Principal Broker for Prudential Taylor & Taylor in Lincoln City.  He holds the GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) and the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designations.  He has served in numerous leadership positions in the Salem Board of Realtors®, Washington County Board of Realtors®, Portland Board of Realtors®, Portland Metropolitan Board of Realtors® and Oregon Association of Realtors®. 
He and his wife Sheana live in Northwest Portland with their Scottish Terrier, Watson.

Marcia Edwards

Marcia is a residential sales broker with Windermere Real Estate/Lane County in Eugene. She completed her Master of Business Administration program at the University of Oregon in 2012.  
Marcia currently serves on the board of directors for both the University of Oregon Alumni Association and the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce. She was appointed by Eugene Mayor Kitty Piercy for the Mayoral Committee on Homelessness which seeks financial support and strategies for ending homelessness.
Marcia most often spends her free time with her husband Mike and her two daughters in basketball gyms, on the water or in the snow.

Diana Emami
Diana Emami, Oregon Real Estate Board Member

Diana is owner and co-founder of Barrington Management LLC, which specializes in property development. She is also vice president of Oak Grove Cinemas, Inc. 
Ms. Emami serves as treasurer for the Portland Lithuanian Board and is a past board member on the Umpqua Bank Metro Divisional Advisory Board. She is an active community member and an avid volunteer.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Vilnius University. Born in Lithuania, Ms. Emami currently resides in Lake Oswego with her husband David and their two children. In her free time, she enjoys boating, golfing, skiing, and photography.

James E. "Jef" Farley

Jef is co-owner of Coldwell Banker Whitney and Associates in Pendleton. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales in Eastern Oregon. He has been a full-time real estate professional since 1991 starting with The Lutz Snyder Co. in the Portland metro area. He moved back to his home town of Pendleton in 1994 for the lifestyle rural Oregon offers.
Jef has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a real estate emphasis from the University of Montana. He was president of the Umatilla County Board of Realtors® in 1996, 2002 and 2006. He was Realtor® of the Year in 1999. In his free time he enjoys the great outdoors, having fun with family and friends and playing music with his band.

Joann Hansen

Joann is a principal real estate broker in Coos Bay. She served as State Director for the Coos County Board of Realtors® for 20 years and is past President of the Oregon Association of Realtors®. Joann is a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Oregon
Association of Realtors®, a commissioner for the Coos County Planning Commission and a certified mediator for the National Association of Realtors®. She is proud to be the mother of two, the grandmother of thirteen and a native Oregonian.
Christopher Hermanski

Chris Hermanski, President and Owner of Mainlander Property Management, CRMC, has been managing residential properties in and around Portland since 1981. Chris was born and raised in Southern California and has a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. His company’s portfolio consists of a majority of single family homes, lofts, condominiums, plexes, and some commercial.
As both an owner/investor and fee manager, Chris has held the Master Property Manager designation since 1997. He also holds an Oregon Principal Brokers License, and is a founding member of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and served as its president in 1997 and again from 2005 to 2008. In addition to his local leadership, Chris was National President of NARPM in 2003 and served on the national board from 1998 to 2004. Chris is also a nationally qualified and recognized speaker for the association and teaches various property management topics. Currently Chris serves on the Oregon Real Estate Agency Board, and appointment by the Governor of Oregon. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to the Oregon State Real Estate Agency regarding property management rules and legislation.
Chris has served on the Multifamily NW (Portland Apartment Association) Board for several years; he is currently serving as Treasurer and served as its President in 2011.
Chris and his wife Kathi have two sons, two daughters and Tucker, a yellow lab, and live on five acres of land in Tualatin. Chris enjoys managing his youngest daughter’s horse show jumping career along the west coast.
Coni Rathbone
Coni Rathbone, Oregon Real Estate Board Member
Public Member, Lake Oswego

Coni Rathbone is an attorney and shareholder of Zupancic Rathbone Law Group in Lake Oswego. She has practiced exclusively in real estate and corporate law for over 23 years, 20 years of that at Davis Wright Tremaine. Coni's practice focuses on real estate, corporate, LLC and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions.
She is a member and 2011 President of the Oregon Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), member of the Portland Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and serves on the board of the Oregon chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.
Coni is a native Oregonian and is married to Dr. Gail F. Ott. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, and relaxing at their lake house.
