Oregon's Certifications
Recovery Act Logo
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act required several different certifications by states in order to receive funding. These certifications include Section 410 relating to State Energy Grants, Section 1201 relating to Transportation projects, and Section 1511 relating to infrastructure investments. In addition, Section 1607 of the Act requires certification by the Governor that the funds will be used to create jobs and promote economic growth. These certifications ensure to the federal government that these projects have been reviewed as required by law and represent an appropriate investment of taxpayer dollars. The links below provide all of the required certifications for Oregon.
