Find Your Provider Your Benefit Board’s implementation team is actively working with providers around the state to ensure the preferred-provider network for PEBB’s 2010 Statewide Plan meets members’ ongoing healthcare needs. Providers are added to this Network Search Tool as contracts are put in place.  Find Providers in Oregon 1.      Go to Provider Search 2.      Type in your provider's name and zip code, and then click "Go" Find Out-of-State Providers 1.      Go to www.multiplan.com/search/search-2.cfm?originator=84450  2.      Select "Doctor" or "Facility" and click "Continue." 3.      Type in your search criteria and click "Continue."
