Shipping of smaller items is done primarily by United Parcel Service (UPS)
Included in the listing is a shipping calculator to aid in determining what an item will cost to ship. The price given will include insurance and packaging, and is all inclusive.
In certain instances (Such as shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico), we can ship USPS, but this service is only available by request, and by Parcel Post delivery only.
When a parcel shipped by UPS leaves our facility, you should receive an email notification that contains pertinent information such as delivery date, tracking number, etc. While we make every reasonable attempt to protect an item, there are times when an item gets lost or damaged. In the unlikely event this happens, please contact us immediately, so that we may start a trace or damage claim.
At times, a bidder may wish to ship an item (Such as when they have their own UPS account). This can be done, but be aware that there are packaging charges that will still apply. A bidder that wishes to do this would need to issue a call tag for the item(s), and we will turn the items over to your shipper
