Agency Administrative Rules

HB 2370, passed during the 2013 legislative session, requires that all agencies that maintain a website or webpage that displays the agency’s rules or information related to the agency’s rules, must also display links to those websites or webpages on the Oregon Transparency website. To facilitate the gathering of these links, the Department of Administrative Services initially provided all agencies with access to an electronic form, for submission of their informational links.
