Agency Administrative Rules

HB 2370, passed during the 2013 legislative session, requires all agencies that maintain a website or webpage that displays the agency’s rules or information related to the agency’s rules, must also display links to those websites or webpages on the Oregon Transparency website. To facilitate the gathering of these links, the Department of Administrative Services provides agencies with access to an online submission form.

Administrative Rules: Listed Alphabetically (Agency subdivisions are listed under the parent agency name (e.g., Elections Division is under Secretary of State)
