Agency Administrative Rules

HB 2370, which passed during the 2013 legislative session, requires all agencies that maintain a website or Web page that displays the agency’s rules or information relating to the agency’s rules, must also display links to those web pages and web sites on the Oregon Transparency website. To initially facilitate the gathering of these links, the Department of Administrative Services provided all agencies with access to an electronic form, for submission of their informational links.
This data was then aggregated in a data.oregon.gov dataset. Clicking on the link below will open a new window and redirect you to this data set on the data.oregon.gov web site.
