ORESTAR - Campaign Finance Information

    ORESTAR, the Oregon Elections System for Tracking and Reporting, allows political action committees and chief petitioner committees to report campaign finance transactions electronically. The public may view information reported in the system.
State Revenue Forecast

Every calendar quarter, the Office of Economic Analysis prepares a revenue forecast to estimate the amount of money the Legislature, Governor and public agencies may expect in the future for budgeting purposes.

Tax Expenditure Reports

This biennial report accompanies the Governor's recommended budget submitted to the Legislature before each session. It describes provisions of Oregon tax laws that impart special treatment to a group of taxpayers, such as exclusions, credits, deductions, and exemptions. The report describes each provision and provides revenue loss estimates and evaluations of effectiveness. The report also includes summary tables that group the tax expenditures according to tax program and budget program/function.

Nationwide Federal Recovery Spending
In February 2009, the Oregon Legislature and the Governor approved the Go Oregon! program which authorized the sale of bonds to fund projects at various public facilities throughout Oregon. A goal of the program was to create jobs, reinforce existing jobs and inject money into Oregon's communities.
