Municipal Debt Advisory Commission
This commission provides technical assistance to local governments and state agencies to improve the market for bond issues in Oregon. It produces the Oregon Bond Calendar, the Oregon Bond Index, and the Oregon Bond Education Center.
Oregon School Bond Guaranty Program
Under the Oregon School Bond Guaranty Program, the Office of the Treasurer may guarantee the general obligation bonds of school districts, education service districts or community colleges for the purpose of providing interest cost savings to state taxpayers
OSTF Board Meetings
The Oregon Short Term Fund Board is established by statute (ORS 294.885-294.895) with the purpose of advising the Oregon Investment Council and the Oregon State Treasury Investment staff in the management of the Oregon Short Term Fund. The Oregon Short Term Fund board further assists local governments in the development of investment policies concerning funds invested outside of the Oregon Short Term Fund.

Overlapping Debt Request Form
Overlapping debt reports may be purchased from the Treasurer’s Office by municipalities contemplating issuing or retiring debt, by capital market analysts, rating agencies, or by the public.
The Private Activity Bond Committee
The Private Activity Bond Committee helps facilitate the construction of critical facilities for the public benefit in communities throughout Oregon.
Public Funds Collateralization list of Qualified Depositories
The Oregon State Treasury also protects the assets of public institutions from the risk of depository failures through the Public Funds Collateralization Program (PFCP). Qualified depositories participating in the PFCP post securities as collateral that can be used to pay back public institutions when a loss occurs.
