In addition to providing cash management activities in direct support of state agencies and local governments, the Finance Division serves individuals and families by providing Oregon residents the opportunity to redeem their general obligation bonds and coupons by mail or in-person at Treasury’s Salem office. Bondholders may also work with the state’s fiscal agent to redeem general obligation bonds or to inquire about other bondholder information.
