  The Enterprise Technology Services Board exists to provide DAS’ customers with a meaningful voice in the costs, type, quality and quantity of services delivered. This Customer Utility Board (CUB) acts as a governing board for services provided by ETS that have been designated as utility services. The board serves as a forum to recognize and respond to customers’ needs as well as a communication channel to keep the exchange of information flowing between customers and provider.  
Primary Responsibilities
  • Approve rate-setting methodologies and resulting rates
  • Approve general service level agreements
  • Review business plans and annual financial statements
  • Settle unresolved service complaints
