Account Management: When you become an ETS customer, and account manager is assigned as your advocate. Your account manager is your window into ETS. Always there when you need that extra bit of assistance, your account manager will ensure that your questions get answered and your issues resolved.
Service Desk: We provide a 24/7 service desk function for you to report service issues or submit requests for service. You can submit requests by telephone, our online services support system (S3) or email. We recommend that you call the service desk if reporting a service disruption.
Ticket Tracking: Our ticket tracking process keeps you informed by email of your ticket's status and our online service support system (S3) allows you to review your requests at any time.
S3 Online Service Support System: You can submit and track requests, report and monitor issues, and review our policies and other posted documentation through this access-controlled online system.
