Certificate Program is a series of courses providing in-depth study, recognizing a relatively narrow scope of specialized knowledge used in performing duties or tasks required by a certain profession or occupation.

Certificates do not require examinations or continuing education, and are not renewable.

Oregon Small Procurement Certificate (OSPC) — ON HOLD

Participants wanting to attain this certificate must satisfy the following educational requirements:

Required:

  • Complete DAS SPO - Direct Purchase and Negotiation 
  • Complete DAS SPO - ORPIN Full System Training
  • Complete an additional 7 points (1 point = 1 hour) of DAS Procurement Services training


Administrative Certificate for Oregon Procurement (ACOP) — ON HOLD

Participants wanting to attain this certificate must satisfy the following education and experience requirements:

Required:

  • ​Complete DAS SPO - Administrator Certificate of Procurement​ (ACOP)
  • Complete an additional 7 points (1 point = 1 hour) of DAS Procurement Services training​
