Child Safety Plan

Quality Review and Accountability - Part 1

policy-proc.jpgUsing the Oregon Safety Model is important to make sure children are safe. The Oregon Safety Model is a framework to help caseworkers make decisions about child safety.  Some caseworkers and supervisors know and use the model well but other caseworkers do not. This project will create policies and procedures to help staff use the model all the time.  A quality review system will be put in place to make sure everyone uses the model and uses it correctly.
