This free option is provided by U.S. Bank, and a U.S. Bank account is not required. You may choose to register for a website account, or to pay without registering. Use this option to pay the following taxes:
  • Personal income tax - quarterly estimated tax, assessment/deficiency, return, and amended return
  • Withholding -assessment/deficiency
  • Lane transit payroll - assessment/deficiency
  • TriMet transit payroll - assessment/deficiency
  • TriMet self-employment - assessment/deficiency, return, and amended return
  • Lane self-employment - assessment/deficiency, return, and amended return
  • 9-1-1 Emergency communication
  • Amusement device
  • Petroleum load fee
  • Hazardous substance fee
  • State lodging

A service provider fee is charged when using this payment option. You may use a credit or debit card to pay the following taxes:
  • Personal income tax - quarterly estimated payment, current year payment, amended return payment, assessment/deficiency payment
  • Withholding - assessment/deficiency
  • Lane transit payroll - assessment/deficiency
  • TriMet transit payroll - assessment/deficiency
  • Tobacco - consumer cigarette tax (Form 514), other tobacco products tax (Form 531)
  • 9-1-1 Emergency communication
  • Amusement device
  • Petroleum load fee
  • Hazardous substance fee
  • State lodging

These business only options are for payments made using Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit or credit. ACH debit payments can be made using the Pay Now button below, while ACH credit payments are made through your financial institution. Electronic payments are mandatory for businesses who are federally required to use the Electronic ​Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). For all other businesses these methods are optional. Use EFT to pay the following taxes:
  • Corporate income and excise - quarterly estimated tax, extension, return
  • Combined payroll - Oregon unemployment tax, Oregon withholding, TriMet transit district excise tax, Lane county district excise tax, workers' benefit fund assessment
