Welcome to the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) Page!​

The Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) will be a secure Web based application that will replace several reporting options and allow the department to shift from the labor intensive process of processing paper filings.

Updates for the progress of the project will be provided on this site. Check back often for news and updates about the project.

An OPRS Steering Committee meets regulary and includes Oregon business owners to help take employer needs into account. This new application will have benefits for employers including:
  • ​An easier, faster, and more user-friendly way to file payroll tax reports
  • No downloads or installations to your computer
  • Improved acccuracy of payroll data by having checkpoints througout the application
  • Access to real-time information
The application is high priority and we are working to get it released as soon as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
