Welcome to the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) Page!
The Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) is a secure Web based application that will replace several reporting options and allow the department to shift from the labor intensive process of processing paper filings.
An OPRS Steering Committee meets regularly and includes Oregon business owners to help take employer needs into account. This new application benefits for employers including:
An easier, faster, and more user-friendly way to file payroll tax reports
No downloads or installations to your computer
Improved accuracy of payroll data by having checkpoints throughout the application
Access to real-time information
