Oregon Tax Employer Reporting (OTTER)
*Beginning the second week of October, some OTTER transfer files that were sent failed to receive an email confirmation. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you do not receive your confirmation(s), please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please email OTTER Support with the affected BIN(s). Please do not send your file again as it may cause additional processing time. We apologize for any inconvenience.



OTTER is a free Windows based program provided by the Oregon Employment Department, for the electronic filing of the Oregon Combined Payroll Tax reports. If you do not have a Windows based program, you can file your quarterly report with SETRON if you have less than 50 employees.   

 


 OTTER Version 18.1.0 is available for download and installation.


*You must download this latest version if you plan to file using the OTTER system in 2018*
