Oregon Tax Employer Reporting (OTTER)

The Oregon Employment Department is excited to announce the launch of the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS). OPRS is the official system to file your Oregon combined payroll reports. OTTER is still available, but will be phased out as we launch OPRS statewide. Information about this new system is at www.OPRS.Oregon.gov.


OTTER is a free Windows based program provided by the Oregon Employment Department, for the electronic filing of the Oregon Combined Payroll Tax reports. 

 


 OTTER Version 19.1.1 is available for download and installation.



**The new Statewide Transit Tax will not be included in OTTER. For more information about this tax, please visit the Oregon Department of Revenue's site:
