Secure Employer Tax Reporting Online (SETRON)

SETRON is a free, Web-Based program provided by the Oregon Employment Department for the electronic filing of the Oregon Combined Payroll Tax reports. This easy to use program will lead you step-by-step through the reports. When you are finished, you can print copies for your records. If you have a Windows computer, you can file your quarterly report with OTTER.

*You can report up to fifty (50) employees using this system.

 **The new Statewide Transit Tax will not be included in SETRON. For more information about this tax, please visit the Oregon Department of Revenue's site:

  • Please turn off your browser's Pop-Up Blocker so SETRON can work correctly.
  • There is a limited amount of time for each form to be completed. You have 59 minutes to complete each form before the system times out.
  • ONLY use the navigation buttons within the SETRON system. Using your browser's navigation buttons may create errors and your report will not be recorded accurately.
