Agenda Item 1 - Approva Agenda

Agenda Item 2 - Request to Appeal
State law requires commission approval of a DLCD director’s decision to seek review of a local government land use decision. Only the director or department staff on the director’s behalf, the applicant, and the affected local government may submit written or oral testimony concerning commission approval of a land use decision. 

Agenda Item 3 - Metro Urban and Rural Reserves
Agenda Item 3 - Remand (Action)
Agenda Item 3 - Appellate Judgement
The commission will receive a status report and department recommendation to respond to the Court of Appeals’ final appellate judgment (reversing and remanding the commission’s approval of the Metro urban and rural reserve submittal) by establishing a schedule for the parties to brief the commission on the remand issues.
