If you encounter the following error message while using the Google Chrome web browser, click the Done button. Google has changed the security settings for the Chrome browser, and this message will pop-up for any web content using "http" instead of "https" in the URL or web address.

Again, it is safe to click on the Done button and "load unsafe scripts."

If you have encountered "This item cannot be played" while trying to take an iLearn online training while using Internet Explorer as your web browser, then you have an issue with FlashPlayer. This is software that IE requires to play the video.

Please contact either:

You will need to request that they uninstall and reinstall your FlashPlayer.

In the meantime, you can access the training using Google Chrome.

You may receive the following error message when trying to access previously viewed online training: blockUI requires JQuery v1.2.3 or later! You are using v1.11.3. To address this error, clear out your web browser cache (ctrl+shift+delete), when that is done, press F5 to refresh your browser.

This is most commonly seen when trying to access online training that was started before the system upgrade on 2.16.18 but can also be seen when trying to access an area of iLearn that is for elevated roles.
