On July 6, 2020, DMV successfully completed the replacement of our computer systems – on time and on budget. Our transformation doesn’t stop with new technology. DMV has turned our attention to other ways we can innovate our service delivery to take advantage of modern ways to do business.
We are dedicated to providing the excellent customer service that you have come to expect from us during this time of change. Part of that is making sure that you, our customer, continue to be our focus. We will provide chances for you to tell us what you want to see at the DMV of the future.
