2020 Oregon UAS Summit

Join us for the 2020 Oregon UAS Summit!

The Federal Highway Administration Every Day Counts Program and the Oregon Department of Transportation cordially invite you to the 2020 Oregon UAS Summit.


At the conference we will discuss best practices, review case studies and hold onsite demonstrations. We will conduct a Cascadia Subduction Zone exercise and assess lessons learned from PacTrans research.

When and Where

In light of circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are rescheduling our event to Tues., Sept 15 and Wed., Sept. 16 at the Eola Viticulture Center in Salem, Oregon. Attendees have the option of attending both days or just one.


Lodging at The Grand Hotel - A block of rooms have been reserved for attendees at The Grand Hotel in Salem. Call 503-940-7200 and reference "ODOT UAS Summit" to receive the group rate of $129 per night (plus any applicable fees and taxes) for a deluxe king room.

Sept 15, 2020

  • Registration from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
  • General program from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • No-host networking event at The Grand Hotel from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Sept 16, 2020

  • General program from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Cost to Attend

Single day participants

There is a $50 per person fee to attend the conference for one day, either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Two-day participants

There is a $75 per person fee to attend both days of the conference.


Scholarships are available for student attendees.
