Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program Advisory Committee

The Oregon Department of Transportation has brought our key stakeholders together to convene a Program Advisory Committee, or PAC, to discuss options for best utilizing Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality, or CMAQ, funds in order to achieve federal and state goals of improved air quality. The charge of the PAC is to develop recommendations for the Oregon Transportation Commission, or OTC, on program design and funding allocation.

The PAC plans to have the program recommendations ready for OTC review in the Fall of 2017.
