The Oregon Transportation Commission released the draft 2021-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program for formal public review.
How to Participate
We will hold open houses around the state — including an online open house in mid-February — providing you the chance to make final comments on the plan. You can also review the draft project list below and email a comment. The deadline for public comment is April 6, 2020.

Leverage Program Guidance
The Oregon Transportation Commission created three leverage programs that provide the opportunity to add features to Fix-It projects. In the following document ODOT outlined eligibility for all three programs and provided direction to its region staff to consult Area Commissions on Transportation in the project selection process.

Selecting Fix-It Projects
The Fix-It programs fund projects that fix or preserve the state’s transportation system, including bridges, pavement, culverts, traffic signals, and others. It’s the largest category in the STIP, and ODOT uses data about the conditions of assets to choose the highest priority projects.
