CAC Recruitment and Engagement Committee

The CAC Recruitment & Engagement Committee advises the Transformation Center on how to support CCO CACs. This support includes:
  • Sharing CAC member recruitment materials and best practices for CAC member recruitment and engagement
  • Helping to plan an annual all-day CAC event
  • Informing the Transformation Center about technical assistance needs

The committee meets on a monthly basis, on the second Tuesday of the month from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. via conference call. Please contact Adrienne with any questions about the committee.

Resource Library

The Transformation Center has developed and gathered a variety of recruitment and engagement resources for CACs to use, including: outreach flyers, Community Health Improvement Plan resources, a CAC 101 presentation, informational webinars, and a Public Service Announcement (PSA) focused on CAC recruitment. A note on CAC member outreach templates: OHA Publications worked with the CAC Recruitment and Engagement Committee to create new CAC member outreach templates for use by CCOs and CACs. Content in each template is also editable. Please note: Not all browsers support interactive PDF files. For best performance, download the file to your computer and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
