FQHC, RHC and Tribal 638 Program Meetings

​The Oregon Health Authority meets with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Rural Health Clinic (RHC), Indian Health Services (IHS) and Tribal 638 representatives to discuss health care delivery, billing and reimbursement for Oregon Health Plan members.​​

Mental Health Clinical Advisory Group
The group provides recommendations to the Oregon Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and OHA about:
  • Evidence-based algorithms,
  • Any changes needed to OHA's preferred drug lists, and
  • Practice guidelines for the treatment of mental health disorders with mental health drugs.
OHP Contractor Workgroups

These workgroups inform contracted managed care entities about Medicaid policy and operations updates.

Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee

​The committee advises OHA on which prescription drugs to include on OHA's preferred drug lists or formularies.​

Rules Advisory Committee and Community Enagagement Information

Is a proposed Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) change is likely to affect your community? If so, you may be able to attend a Rules Advisory Committee or community engagement meeting. 

To get community feedback, the division may hold a Rules Advisory Committee, a community engagement meeting or both.

Yes. Public meetings must be held in places that are accessible to people with disabilities. If you or someone you know needs accommodation to attend a public meeting, notify the contact person who is named in each meeting posting. ​

OHP Public Meetings are posted in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rule 410-120-1385 (Compliance with Public Meetings Law) in the General Rules program.

Rules Advisory Committee meetings are posted in accordance with Oregon Revised Statute 183.333 (Policy statement; public involvement in development of policy and drafting of rules).

OHP publishes these notices in the Secretary of State's Oregon Bulletin, or major Oregon newspapers, to notify the public about proposed changes to programs or Oregon's Medicaid State Plan​ that happen outside the administrative rule revision process. ​​
