Sexual Offense Treatment Board - Continuing Education

Fifteen (15) continuing education hours every year

To maintain certification, clinical, secondary, and associate sexual offense therapists must complete a minimum of fifteen (15) continuing education (CE) hours every certification year. For the current CE requirements, please see Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 331-830-0010.

Documentation, attestation and audit

Documentation supporting compliance with CE requirements must be maintained by the certification holder for a period of four (4) years following certification renewal and be provided to the Health Licensing Office upon request. Each certification
holder shall document compliance with CE credit requirements through attestation on the certification renewal application. For current auditing ad sanction information, please see OAR 331-830-0020.
