Public Health Week: April 1-5, 2019

National Public Health Week at the Portland State Office Building

2019 Theme: Creating a Healthier Oregon Through Community Partnership

Every year, the Oregon Public Health Division organizes a series of Public Health Week events at the Portland State Office Building (PSOB) to celebrate the achievements of public health, share and network with colleagues and partners, promote the public health system in Oregon and highlight timely public health.

Join PHD staff and partners to celebrate the power of community driven prevention techniques, support collaborative public health policy, share strategies for successful partnerships and champion the role of a strong public health system. This year, events are being framed through the lens of Community Partnership Development, one of the seven foundational capabilities of a modernized public health system
