MyBiz+ allows employees on-line access to view information from their official personnel records including appointment, position, personal, salary, benefits, awards and bonuses, performance and personnel actions. In addition, employees can update their work telephone number, email address, handicap codes, ethnicity and race identification, foreign language proficiency and emergency contact information.

*Note - All technicians MUST have an active account with Army Knowledge Online (AKO) in order to access EBIS. Visit https://www.us.army.mil and click "Create account with CAC". Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your AKO registration.

EBIS is an automated, secure, self-service Web application that allows employees to make health insurance, life insurance, and Thrift Savings Plan contribution elections, review general and personal benefits information, and calculate retirement estimates. You can access EBIS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week only from a DoD computer.

If you separate from your position, your access to EBIS is discontinued. After you retire you must contact the Office of Personnel Management at 888-767-6738 for assistance regarding benefits changes or retirement questions.

Electronic Official Personnel Folder   
The electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) is the electronic version of your hardcopy employee official personnel folder, the official record of your Federal work career. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is leading a massive project to convert our paper personnel documents into an electronic format for easier access and management of our records through the use of Government computers. The eOPF system contains your personnel documents in a secure environment, allowing you immediate access and capability to search for documents located in your record.
