Rural Oregon Airport Relief Program (ROAR)

The ODA E-Grant software is live!
About ROAR:
Twenty-five percent of the amounts from the fuel tax increase shall be distributed for the purpose of assisting commercial air service to rural Oregon.

2018 ROAR Cycle:
Oregon Department of Aviation (ODA) is focused on working with rural communities in assisting commercial air service through our Rural Oregon Aviation Relief (ROAR) Program. Our rural airports are an imperative asset to the aviation system and play a critical role in the economic development of the surrounding local communities. The ROAR grants are an opportunity for ODA to learn from our rural airports and work towards accomplishing their vision to better serve their communities needs and dynamic economies.
The ROAR Grant Cycle is an open cycle that will run continuously.  Applications will undergo a completeness review by ODA staff and be referred to the next most appropriate State Aviation Board for further review.
