Crescent Lake State Airport [5S2]

The Crescent Lake Junction is located in Klamath County. The Crescent Lake Junction is 2.5 miles northeast of Crescent Lake and 2 miles south of Odell Lake on Oregon Route 58. Crescent Lake Junction is approximately 2 miles north of the Junction. Nearby attractions/recreation activities include camping and boating. Tourism is prominent in the county.

Runway 13/31 provides visual approaches and measures 3,900 feet in length by 30 feet in width. The Airport accommodates an estimated 300 general aviation operations annually. There are currently no aircraft based at the Airport. The Airport is currently owned and operated by ODAV.

The Oregon Department of Aviation owns and operates 28 airports. Of these, nine airports have been designated as warning airports. These airports do not meet normal dimensional standards and have conditions that require specific pilot knowledge. They require special techniques and procedures to use safely and may not be usable by many aircraft under normal conditions.
