Vendor management starts with your feedback

Basecamp believes that customers and vendors mutually benefit when product and service delivery is measured and reported throughout the contract lifecycle.  To ensure that our customers and vendors benefit from a relationship with the Basecamp program, we need your feedback and are dedicated to collecting and reporting using the following four online forms.  
  • Improvement requests
  • Customer satisfaction 
  • Program evaluation 
Your feedback helps our partners, vendors and the Basecamp program meet our goal of continual improvement.

Guidelines for vendor improvement request: 

The first step to improving the product or service you have contracted for is to reach out to your vendor directly.  In many cases, an agency can work with a vendor to find a mutually beneficial solution.  In the rare instance that a resolution is not easily attainable, the Basecamp staff requests you complete the online form below to request assistance.  

Our public sector partners can complete the Vendor Improvement Request form to inform the Basecamp Program that elements of their product or service could be improved. A process is currently being developed to ensure improvement requests are expeditiously handled to the satisfaction of our partners.

After a product or service is delivered to our customers, we request they complete this short form to provide feedback on their satisfaction.  This satisfaction information will be collected and analyzed.  Process development is underway to ensure customer satisfaction feedback contributes to continual improvement.
