Licensees whose license lapsed on or before July 1, 2014 will expire effective July 1, 2020 if not reinstated.  An expired license cannot be reinstated.  Please email boa.info@oregon.gov for questions.

Any Authorization to Test (ATT's) processed, effective October 21, 2017, will be charged the following section fees by NASBA :

AUD: $211.40

FAR: $211.40
