Oregon's sick time law

BOLI's Wage and Hour Division accepts sick time complaints that are filed within 180 days of the date on which the alleged violation first occured.  (Complaints of retaliation may be submitted to BOLI's Civil Rights Division within one year from last date of harm by completing a "General Employment Discrimination Questionnaire.")
If you feel you have been denied your rights under Oregon's sick time requirements please fill out and submit a complaint form (click on the links listed below).  You can fill it out online and send it to us electronically or you can print out a hard copy and mail it to us at:

Please note:  The complaint forms above have to do with Oregon's sick time law ONLY.  If you have a claim for unpaid wages you must also complete a wage claim form in addition to this complaint form. The Wage Claim form is available at any BOLI office or you may download it here.
